The fall sports banquet is set for tomorrow (Tuesday, December 1, 2015) at 6:00 pm in the school's cafeteria. This banquet will honor all student athletes that participated in all JV and Varsity sports during the fall, meaning JV and Varsity Volleyball, JV Football and JV Cheerleaders, Varsity Football, Mangers, Varsity Cheerleaders and all Dance Team members. 

The Sports Boosters will provide chicken fingers and tea for the  Banquet. Parents are to provide a side dish in accordance with the following:
  • Last Name A-G Desert
  • Last Name H-O Salad (green, pasta, etc)
  • Last Name P-Z Vegetable and or Casserole
We will be giving away door prizes provided my several local merchants throughout the Banquet. Chances to win a door prize will be $1.00.

Please note that the Monroe games have been switched on the basketball schedule. Monroe will now travel to Troy on Friday, January 8th. We will make the return trip to Monroeville on Tuesday, January 19th.  

The schedules found on the main page and basketball page as well as  the concession schedules have been updated to reflect this change.

If your child participates in basketball / cheer and you have yet to sign up for your family's shift(s) please contact Taylor Jinright at taylorjin@troycable.net. If you intend to pay the $100​.00 assessment for not working ​as explained at the mandatory parent meeting on 8/10/2015 and 11/05/2015, please let Taylor know.  

PIKE Basketball returns to the court later today with a series of games against the Lee-Scott Academy Warriors. Tipoff of the JV Girls' game is set for 4:00 pm with the JV Boys, Varsity Girls and Varsity Boys' games to follow.

Please turn in all forms/money for the Termite and Pee Wee Banquet by Friday, November 20th. Even if you don't plan to attend, turn the form back in to your homeroom teacher.

Please note that the Banquet is set for November 30th at 6:00 pm which is the Monday we come back from Thanksgiving holiday. I need everything turned in by Friday

PIKE is once again hosting the AISA State Championship Football Series on Friday, November 2​0th at Troy University. As the host school, ​​we are responsible for the desserts in the Hospitality Room. Families of athletes or anyone that would like to contribute should bring a dessert to the school in a disposable container by 3:00 pm on Thursday, November​ ​19th.

Please join me in congratulating Marquese Christian in being selected as an AISA all-star, representing the AISA West in a football game held in Montgomery at Crampton Bowl on December 4th at 7:00 pm.  Marquese will be joined by Carter SennElaina Strother, Patsy Ann Davis, and Kelli Grant, who were chosen as AISA all-stars during cheer camp back in the summer. Also, Adam Grice will be announced during pregame ceremonies as an injured all-star.
